工業產品生產單位落實質量安全主體責任監督管理規定
- (Issued by Order No. 75 of the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration on April 4, 2023, and coming into force on May 5, 2023)

- Article 1 These Provisions are developed in accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Production Licenses for Industrial Products, and other applicable laws and regulations for the purposes of supervising manufacturers of industrial products (hereinafter referred to as “manufacturers”) in fulfilling their primary quality and safety responsibility, strengthening the quality and safety responsibility of the primary persons in charge of manufacturers, and regulating the conduct of quality and safety management personnel.
- 第一條 為了督促工業產品生產單位（以下簡稱生產單位）落實產品質量安全主體責任，強化生產單位主要負責人產品質量安全責任，規范質量安全管理人員行為，根據《中華人民共和國產品質量法》《中華人民共和國標準化法》《中華人民共和國認證認可條例》《中華人民共和國工業產品生產許可證管理條例》等法律法規，制定本規定。
- Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the lawful fulfillment of quality and safety responsibilities by the primary persons in charge, quality and safety directors, and quality and safety officers of manufacturers of industrial products subject to production license administration and China Compulsory Certification (CCC) administration, which involve personal health and the safety of life and property and have compulsory national standards, as well as the supervision and administration thereof within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
- 第二條 在中華人民共和國境內，實施工業產品生產許可、強制性產品認證管理，以及涉及人身健康和生命財產安全并有強制性國家標準要求的產品生產單位主要負責人和質量安全總監、質量安全員，依法落實產品質量安全責任的行為及其監督管理，適用本規定。
