• The Reservists Law of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 38th Session of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on December 30, 2022, is hereby issued, and shall come into force on March 1, 2023.
• 《中華人民共和國預備役人員法》已由中華人民共和國第十三屆全國人民代表大會常務委員會第三十八次會議于2022年12月30日通過，現予公布，自2023年3月1日起施行。
